[Key Points of Factory Planning]
This factory was the first one in the Kansai region for the food company supplying packed lunch to convenience stores. Since it was designed after the earthquake, its structure is the seismic design and we install a pit as measures against the earthquake for underfloor pipe on the first floor. In addition, the area of first floor was minimized to secure the passage and parking space for delivery vehicles, and 3rd floor is designed to have overhanging space more than 4m to meet gross floor area requirement.
