This factory has both a food factory supplying cooked noodle to convenience stores and a distribution center serving as distribution base for this area. Since it is used for the distribution center, most of the ground floor is used for that. So the factory is located above 2nd floor. Chilled environment in the manufacturing temperature range is required due to the nature of the products, so we took measures to prevent dew condensation in both building equipment and architectural design specifications. A common and most important point in the design of food manufacturing factory is flow control, even though it is very difficult to design for a factory with multiple floors.
