[Key Points of Factory Planning]
This factory was built due to deterioration of existing factory in order to supply packed lunch to convenience stores. We made the basic design and held a competition aiming for utilizing general contractor’s know-how on reducing the construction cost. After finalizing the general contractor, we reviewed the detailed design and implemented design management. A refrigerator panel suitable for low temperature control in the manufacturing room is used as the interior partition. In addition, the facade is designed with surrounding environment such as outlet mall in front of the site, and approach stairs and the location of break room is designed with theme which workers feel good.
